New Client Portal
Great Oak Counseling has been testing a new Client Portal. We are now ready to give all our clients access.
Once you have been invited and have created a password the Client Portal will serve the following purpose:
- Receiving Documents and filling out forms will now be a much better process.
- All your future Appointments will be visible to you.
- Telehealth appointments will now be just 1 click next to your scheduled appointments (this will eventually replace the currently used Thera-Link system.)
- Appointment Reminders. Talk to your therapist if you like Reminders!
- Via SETTINGS manage the email and phone number used for Reminders
Getting access
Over the next several weeks we will invite all of our active clients to the Client Portal. We will need to have the birth date for the client and an e-mail address.
The e-mail will come from noreply@therapyportal.com. It may be best to add this address to your contacts to avoid it becoming spam.
You will always be able to find the Client Portal on our Web site: www.GeatOakCounseling.ORG. Look for the Client Portal page. There you will find several HELP documents you may want to get familiar with.
Please check your access to the Client Portal before your appointments.
